autoCreate and startingDirectoryMustExist on FTP Consumer

Hi All,

Does FTP Consumer support autoCreate and startingDirectoryMustExist options? 

I was expecting FTP consumer to throw an exception if starting directory does not exist(autoCreate=false and startingDirectoryMustExist=true)  just like File Consumer.
