Hi, everyone. RC4 from revision 1563358 is now available.

QPID-5488: Allow for not enough bytes initially received by client
for protocol init
- r1563358 | kwall | 2014-01-31 19:35:06 -0500 (Fri, 31 Jan 2014) | 5 lines
QPID-5211: Broker logs spurious "No valid transition..." - merge
second change from trunk.
As with previous RCs, I get failures when running the C++ store tests
under valgrind. Kim has investigated, and at this point we believe
they do not represent true memory leaks. They will be resolved by
exclusions or changes to the tests for the next release. Apart from
the valgrind errors, all tests are passing cleanly.
RC4 is signed, and a release vote will follow this mail. If approved,
the RC4 bits will be the released bits.
Thanks again to those who have tested the RCs and provided us with
important feedback.
Justin
