fsync latency causing zookeeper server to fall apart

Hi All,

I have zookeeper server quorum deployed on virtual machines.
I am noticing fsync latency warnings (more than 10 secs) in the log in some
cases,
this in turn causes that zookeeper server to fall apart from the cluster.
Any idea how should I root cause this?
Also can this be mitigated by increasing some timeout value.
