Requests for inclusion into 0.28

Can I request inclusion of the following changes into 0.28.

QPID-5673 : [Java Broker] NPE when attempting to connect to an unknown
Virtual Host using AMQP 1.0

The changes have been reviewed by Robbie.

Given that the Java Broker behaviour changed in 0.28 to take notice of the
virtual host, it is very possible that people using the Java Broker AMQP
1.0 implementation will see this Null Pointer Exception without these fixes
being in place.
