- Converted wiki links to go directly to confluence
- Patched javadoc for the recent frame injection vulnerability

- Updated docs to final 0.22 versions
- Conditionalized javascript for older browsers
- Removed image border on older versions of IE
- Removed XML declaration to improve browser compatibility
