Maven site:deploy hosting providers??

I don’t want to necessarily host our own repositories.

They’re just static file repositories.

Are there any hosting providers out there that support dav, SCP or HTTP PUT
that would work with wagon?

Required features are:

- SSL

- redundant copies on multiple servers (CDN)

- dav/scp/ftp/ upload.. anything supported by wagon.

- HTTP auth

- domain masking

… I just want something easy to setup and then never worry about it again.
