Jena VS OWLAPI

Hello folks,

i know its a mean question. but has anyone experience in OWL API (
http://owlapi.sourceforge.net/) and can give me some feedback?

if i am using OWL ontology and a lot of data (more than 1GB RAW Data) which
will be better at performance and avoiding out of memory errors?

I like the documenation of jena a lot, but WLAPI provides testcases that
are also usefull to quickly advance in learning the framework.
