JMeter Server Busy Time Calculation

Hi ALL,

Good Evening !!!

*As part of a specific Project requirement, for a Web based application, we
are trying to capture/ report specific Server Busy Time, which includes the
time taken to process a message from the moment that the request is
received at the Server until a response is generated first byte is
transmitted back (can be equated as the duration between LAST byte of the
Client Request until the FIRST byte of the Server Response). *

I would like to request anyone who has relevant experience to revert back
to me with details.
