Jena-iri test error during command mvn clean install

Hi all.
I am trying to load apache jena in eclipse. and I am following this link.
http://jena.apache.org/download/maven.html ( using mvn command LAST TOPIC)
But when I run this command
mvn clean install in command prompt
I got testing error....

Please guide me how I can create and contribute in jena???
