Entailment Regimes

Hello All,

Need some insights into the following

What are sparql entailment regimes, have read the w3c site, but i would like to understand in terms of Jena. How Can i enable and disable entailment regimes while querying TDB dataset

Will running an OWL-DL reasoner on the data create the entailment statements?
