Requests for inclusion in 0.26

Hi Justin,

I would like to request the following 3 commits for inclusion in 0.26 to
fix various packaging related issues with the Java builds.

QPID-5422

Update to ensure the release script copies the maven artifacts for the
broker-core module.

Stops duplication of a number of jar files in the Java broker release
binary.

QPID-5048

Finally, I would like to request merging the above commit keith made to fix
an issue with the work-in-progress maven build for the modules in the java
tree. It is a trivial change and ensures some file content that had moved
still get included in the relevant jar files. It has no impact on the Java
code itself or the Ant build, and would be good to include so that anyone
taking a peek at the maven work so far doesn't encounter unexpected issues
using the resultant output.
